The Windsor DDA seeks to actively pursue, support, facilitate, and welcome initiatives that aid and encourage private development, and promote and coordinate public development within the Downtown Development District of Windsor, Colorado.
The Windsor DDA works to achieve their goals for Downtown Windsor through the following committees:
An Integrated Annual Marketing Committee Campaign is being developed to help build a rich brand identity for the Downtown Windsor Area.
Strategic messaging, position statements and market research has been completed.
Campaign will take full effect in Fall of 2012.
Meets the fourth Wednesday of each month at 7:30 am at Windsor Town Hall.
Downtown Parking Study in progress with the goal of determining current parking issues and potential parking issues while providing direction for how to improve parking in Downtown Windsor.
Study includes on-street, off-street and event parking, will complete in Fall of 2012.
The parking committee currently does not have consistent meeting time, please refer to the DDA website for scheduled meetings.
Working to enhance the aesthetics of Downtown Windsor while improving amenities such as benches and trash cans and incorporating more trees for shade and appearance.
Will complete in Fall of 2012.
Beautification Committee meets the first Thursday of the month at 8 am at Windsor Town Hall.
