The purpose of the Design Commitee of the Windsor Downtown Alliance (WDA) is to serve in an advisory capacity to the WDA Board of Directors (WDA Board) to assist the WDA Board in improving and enhancing the visual and physical appearance of downtown Windsor in accordance with the Na􀆟onal Main Street Approach.
