The Facade Improvement Program assists building owners with improvements by reimbursing 25% (up to $20,000) for exterior improvements per building face on a right of way. We know by putting in a little toward the project, we all will reap the rewards of not only a more attractive environment but a more active district. Two recent projects are the Hearth and Spokes.
